GRASP
When people go to adopt a pet, such as a dog, sometimes they forget the inevitable consequences they will face such as the potential trail of mess or the financial cost of caring for their furry companion. This in turn conflicts their responsibility & commitment to properly care for them. This print is designed to show the intensity of raising a dog & to challenge the viewer’s perspective.
This was a part of FUEL 19 project, an annual collaboration between Cohber and 12 of Rochester's creative individuals. The theme for this annual project was For The Good & the objective was: use our creative abilities to promote the goals & values of any nonprofit organization. The project involved 49 students from RIT's Graphic Design program.
My designed was selected as part of the 12 winners where it would later be a part of their calendar design.
